Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Swappir (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

3. Buyer Terms

When purchasing templates, you receive a license to use the digital product according to the license type selected (Regular or Extended). You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased templates. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must upload only original content or content they have the right to sell. All templates undergo review before publication. The Platform charges a commission on each sale (default 30%). Sellers agree to the withdrawal terms including minimum amounts and processing times.

5. Licensing

Regular License: Use in a single end product which end users are not charged for or are charged for. You cannot redistribute the template as-is or include it in a product generator.

Extended License: Use in multiple end products, SaaS applications, or products where end users are charged. Includes all permissions of the Regular License.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited: malware, copyrighted material without proper rights, adult or illegal content, misleading or fraudulent products, and content that violates any applicable laws.

7. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, please submit a DMCA takedown request through our contact page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of templates purchased through the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
