AI-powered content generation

Google Search Console integration

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before publication.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

Google Search Console
OpenAI for content generation
Stripe for payment processing

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes from using our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATAFORGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtaForge Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law
